Paul Greenberg is the best-selling author of the James Beard Award-winner Four Fish as well as American Catch and four other books. A regular contributor to The New York Times and a frequent guest on national radio and television including Fresh Air with Terry Gross and Frontline, Mr. Greenberg lectures widely at institutions ranging from TED to Harvard University to Google. He is currently the writer-in-residence at the Safina Center and a visiting scholar at The University of Washington’s Ocean Nexus Center and teaches at New York University’s Animal Studies Program. He lives at Ground Zero in Manhattan, where he maintains a family, a terrace garden and a one-bottle-a-year winery. His most recent book is The Climate Diet published by Penguin Press.

Dr. Nic Mink is the Co-Founder of Sitka Salmon Shares. Founded in 2011, Sitka Salmon Shares has since become a leader in the national seafood movement, with a mission to connect small-scale Alaskan fishing families to home cooks across the country. His work at Sitka has been featured in Bon Appetit, Forbes, Entrepreneur, National Fisherman, and Civil Eats. He was named one of America’s Top Food Artisans by Food and Wine. In addition to Sitka Salmon Shares, he’s spent more than two decades in academia, teaching in the fields of food systems, environmental studies, and history. He’s held appointments at Northwestern University, Butler University, and several campuses in the University of Wisconsin system. He received his PhD in 2010 from the University of Wisconsin and currently serves as Instructor of Environmental Studies at Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.
